Kota Masa Depan : +h02 scraper "Water SCraper "

Desain perkotaan telah muncul sebagai alat yang penting dalam mengartikan kembali bagaimana kita mengatasi lingkungan perkotaan kita . fokus kegiatan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir telah ada di perkotaan mendapatkan penerimaan untuk prinsip desain sebagai bagian dari arus utama pendekatan seperti masalah seperti regenerasi perkotaan dan desain pemukiman baru .

Manusia yang bertambah banyak memerlukan ruang untuk aktivitasnya sedang lahan darat yang bukan hanya untuk menampung aktivitas manusia (aktivitas mahluk hidup lainnya juga) jumlahnya tidak bertambah sehingga kedepannya akan ada berbagai konflik pertentangan tentang krisis lahan. Ruang tidak bertambah, maka kita tidak bisa terus menerus memperlebar penggunaan ruang. Tapi kita harus berusaha menggunakan ruang yang ada dengan lebih banyak orang melalui cara reinvestasi dan penataan kembali. Sehingga ruangan yang sama dapat menampung lebih banyak orang, bukan semakin sedikit menampung orang seperti yang terjadi pada saat ini. belum lagi dengan isu mencair kutub es yang mengakibatkan peninggian muka air laut. “Water Scrascper” merupakan konsep perkotaan mandiri bawah laut yang menggunakan laut sebagai ruang aktivitasnya. Water Scrascper merupakan produk rancangan kota untuk masa depan sebagai salah satu dari solusi.

WATER SCRAPER

Selama lima tahun terakhir, eVolo Magazine telah menyelenggarakan kompetisi desain futuristik gedung pencakar langit. Biasanya, para pendatang membayangkan bangunan raksasa lebih tinggi dari apa pun dalam pembangunan saat ini. Namun, entri yang paling mengesankan dalam kompetisi tahun ini pergi rute sebaliknya, dengan menjatuhkan bangunan langsung ke laut. Gedung ini mengambang akan menghasilkan listrik sendiri dan makanan, ribuan rumah, dan terjun di bawah gelombang.

Disaat maraknya konsep rancangan bagunan menjulang ke atas, +h02 scraper menawarkan konsep sebaliknya yaitu menjulang kebawah


Dirancang oleh Sarly Adre bin Sarkum dari Malaysia, waterscraper akan menjadi sekitar setinggi Empire State Building, tetapi dengan hanya beberapa cerita yang terpapar di atas permukaan. Seluruh bangunan akan menjadi mandiri, mengambang, arcology. Angin, matahari, dan gelombang listrik akan memberikan energi, hidroponik dan ruang hijau di atas akan menyediakan makanan dan oksigen, dan struktur akan menyediakan perumahan, ruang kerja, dan daerah untuk rekreasi. Sebagai reaksi untuk pencakar langit modern dan dilema yang pikiran terkemuka dunia telah menciptakan banyak variasi pencakar langit dalam bentuk subscrapers yang berlawanan, groundscrapers dan bahkan pengembangan ke bawah. Namun masih mereka masih berjuang untuk mencapai nol output atau nol dalam hal produksi sumber daya. Ada greenscrappers yang, meskipun dikatakan ekologis , yang terikat perkotaan dan interkoneksi jaringan produksi yang masih kontribusi negatif terhadap lingkungan.

Mandat hijau itu membanggakan termasuk pembangkit listrik sendiri melalui gelombang, angin, arus, surya, dll bio, dan menghasilkan makanan sendiri melalui pertanian, akuakultur dan teknik hidroponik. Hal ini juga mencakup hutan kecil sendiri di atas, sedangkan tingkat yang lebih rendah mengandung spasi untuk penghuninya untuk tinggal dan bekerja.

  • Merupakan rancangan yang harmonis dengan alam, dimana mengalokasikan ruang untuk manusia, tumbuhan dan hewan

  • Memerlukan biaya yang sangat besar
  • Sangat tergantung pada teknologi dan mesin
  • Lambatnya penyesuaian manusia yang biasa menggunakan media tanah.
  • Rawan bencana, ombak, tsunami, dan sebagainya.
  • Terbatasnya akses.
  • Rawan konflik batas kota/negara, dan sebagainya.
  • Pengaruh iklim laut setidaknya berakibat pada kesehatan manusia.

Herman Thomas Karsten (Amsterdam, Netherlands 22 April 1884 - Cimahi, Indonesia 1945) is an architect and urban planner of the Dutch East Indies.
